In the UK, HVAC systems generally work harder during the winter months, as colder temperatures require the heating system to operate more frequently and intensely to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature, putting more strain on the system compared to summer air conditioning usage. It is therefore imperative to keep your HVAC system maintained, including cleaning and/or replacing those filters.
